8 – Acidic drinks are an important threat to dental health. Because the bacteria settled on the tooth surfaces and gums feed on these acids and find the opportunity to develop and multiply. For this reason, instead of acidic drinks, you can consume natural fruit juices or mineral water.

9 – You should go for dental check-ups at regular intervals within 6-month periods and keep your dental health under observation by having an X-ray taken.  

10 – You should strengthen your teeth with fluoride application and make them more resistant to the threat of decay.
